Steve Banks

Steve Picture for BioSteve Banks is President of Triskele Logistics and a North American Railway expert. He 22 years of experience working with clients to develop rail solutions that cost effectively meet their needs. Steve has worked for Canadian Pacific Railway, Trican Well Service Ltd and Altitude Publishing with a career that includes Sales & Distribution Manager, Senior Business Analyst, Train Planning, and Logistics Specialist.  Steve is a Partner with Triskele Logistics Ltd and is a   He has extensive supply chain experience moving products from production to final delivery in Grain, Agri-Products, Intermodal and Oil and Gas shipments.

Steve has managed a customer service portfolio including fleet management, contracts, customs issues, interline shipments and shipment tracking with systemic solutions.  While at Canadian Pacific, Steve planned Bulk Train origins for a variety of commodities, managed over 30 Fertilizer customers with an annual budget of over $43M, developed reports for Dangerous Goods Shipments and Fuel Surcharge coverage and managed shipments for some of Canada’s largest grain customers. At Trican Well Service, Steve used his Rail expertise to recommend rail related decisions and managed many small and large shipments related to the Oil & Gas sector leading to savings of over 60% on some shipments.  With Altitude Publishing, he managed the warehouse, distribution and sales of Tourism related products throughout Western Canada, increasing sales distribution volume by 3-5% annually.

Steve has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary, and has been a project member of the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council for Occupational Standards since 2014.  Steve has excellent analytical skills and is an expert in Excel and other Microsoft applications.  He is a dedicated leader, working in and with teams for the greater good; coaching to assist individuals and groups to improve their efficiencies.

Corrie Banks

Corrie Banks is a supply chain costAAEAAQAAAAAAAANsAAAAJGY3NTQ2ZTUyLTg3ZmQtNGU3OC05MDczLThjMTkxOTM4YTAzNQing and solution design expert with 20 years of experience implementing technology and supply chain efficiency projects. Corrie has worked for Canadian Pacific Railway, Canadian Pacific Logistics Solutions and Parmalat Canada. Formerly Corrie was President of Triskele Logistics and has transitioned to Director of Logistics for Cando Rail Services.

Corrie has managed $25M transportation budget including fleet, warehouse, and 3rd party freight carriers. While at Canadian Pacific Corrie created statistical analysis systems for Mechanical Services, managed IT projects for Customer Service, and managed many aspects of Canadian Pacific Logistics Solutions including 3rd party logistics for a large CPG company, a large alcohol producer and steel pipe manufacturer. Her technical, analytical and operations management experience has resulted in ~7% annual cost reductions year over year for the organizations that she has worked with.

Corrie has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Athabasca University, a white belt in Lean Manufacturing and a green belt in Six Sigma. Corrie is the Vice-Chair of the Calgary Logistics Council, a member of the Van Horne Institute Women In Supply Chain steering committee, a former project advisory member for the Van Horne Youth In Supply Chain project, a working group member for the Canadian Supply Chain Sector Council - Supply Chain Links Part II: Connector project, and the Chair of the Program Advisory Committee for the Bachelor of Admin Supply Chain degree at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). She is passionate about people, getting involved in helping others and supporting them in their career development.
